- 8 slices of bread
- 6 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp. cinnamon divided
- pinch of salt
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
Whisk together the eggs, milk, syrup, 1 tsp. of cinnamon and salt.
Soak the bread slices in the egg mixture and then place on a well-greased baking sheet.
Combine brown sugar with remaining cinnamon and sprinkle over the bread slices.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
