Cinnamon Honey Bananas over Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 banana coin sliced
  • 1 Tbs. honey
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • non-stick cooking spray
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbs. almonds sliced

Instructions

  • Spray a small frying pan with nonstick spray.
  • Over medium heat, add honey and cinnamon and stir to combine.
  • Stir in bananas and cook, stirring continuously, until coated and warm.
  • Serve bananas over yogurt, topped with almonds.
