Citrus Grilled Fish with Citrus Slaw

Ingredients

For the Grilled Fish:

  • 6-8 white fish filets
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 Tbs. vinegar
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

For the Citrus Slaw:

  • 1 bag slaw mix
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. sugar

Instructions

For the Grilled Fish:

  • Whisk all ingredients, except fish, together in a small bowl.
  • Reserve ¼ cup marinade for the slaw.
  • Pour remaining marinade over the fish and marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Grill fish for 5-6 minutes or bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

For the Citrus Slaw:

  • Add oil and sugar to remaining marinade.
  • Pour over slaw and toss to coat.
