Citrus Grilled Fish with Citrus Slaw

Ingredients

For the Grilled Fish:

  • 3-4 white fish filets
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. water
  • 1 Tbs. vinegar
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • ½ lime juiced
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • tsp. Pepper

For the Citrus Slaw:

  • ½ bag slaw mix
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • ½ Tbs. sugar

Instructions

For the Grilled Fish:

  • Whisk all ingredients (except fish) together in a small bowl.
  • Reserve 2 Tbs. marinade for the slaw.
  • Pour remaining marinade over the fish and marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Grill fish for 5-6 minutes or bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

For the Citrus Slaw:

  • Add oil and sugar to remaining marinade.
  • Pour over slaw and toss to coat.
