Citrus Grilled Fish with Citrus Slaw

For the Grilled Fish:
- 3-4 white fish filets
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 Tbs. water
- 1 Tbs. vinegar
- ½ lemon juiced
- ½ lime juiced
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. Pepper
For the Citrus Slaw:
- ½ bag slaw mix
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- ½ Tbs. sugar
For the Grilled Fish:
Whisk all ingredients (except fish) together in a small bowl.
Reserve 2 Tbs. marinade for the slaw.
Pour remaining marinade over the fish and marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Grill fish for 5-6 minutes or bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
