baking potato
small, cooked, and sliced thin

chicken sausage
cooked and sliced, about 2 cups

ham
chopped

pie shells
pre-made in a foil pan

shredded

milk
salt & pepper
to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Place potatoes across the bottom of the uncooked pie shells.
Top with sausage, ham, and cheese.
Place pie pans on a cookie sheet.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and desired seasonings.
Pour egg mixture over the meat, cheese and potatoes.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until eggs are set.
Notes
If crust begins to get too dark, place aluminum foil around the edges to prevent burning
.
