Sausage, Ham and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 large baking potato small, cooked, and sliced thin
  • 4 links chicken sausage cooked and sliced, about 2 cups
  • 1 cup ham chopped
  • 1 9" pie shells pre-made in a foil pan
  • 2 cups cheese shredded
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Place potatoes across the bottom of the uncooked pie shells.
  • Top with sausage, ham, and cheese.
  • Place pie pans on a cookie sheet.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and desired seasonings.
  • Pour egg mixture over the meat, cheese and potatoes.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until eggs are set.

Notes

If crust begins to get too dark, place aluminum foil around the edges to prevent burning.
