Seasoned Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. carrots
  • 1-1½ Tbs. olive oil
  • ¾ tsp. kosher or sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Peel and slice carrots into sticks.
  • Toss in olive oil.
  • Mix together dry seasonings and mix over carrot sticks.
  • Bake on a parchment-covered cookie sheet at 400° for 20 minutes.
