Sheet Pan Greek Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6-8 pork chops thin-cut
  • 3-4 potatoes chopped
  • ½ lb green beans
  • 1 red onion halved and sliced
  • ½ cup kalamata olives
  • olive oil
  • greek seasoning to taste
  • ½ cup feta cheese

Instructions

  • Brush one large or two small rimmed baking sheets with olive oil.
  • Toss potatoes, green beans, red onion, and olives with a drizzle of olive oil and Greek seasoning.
  • Add them to a section of the pan.
  • Brush pork chops with olive oil and place in remaining space on the pan.
  • Sprinkle with Greek seasoning.
  • Place in a 400° oven for 20 minutes until meat is cooked through.
  • Sprinkle feta over everything and serve.
