Slow Cooker Pork and Gravy

Ingredients

  • lbs. boneless pork chops
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • ¼ tsp. thyme optional
  • 1 cup pork or beef broth
  • ½ Tbs. flour

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients except flour in the slow cooker.
  • Cook on high 5-6 hours or low 7-8 hours.
  • Remove meat and shred.
  • Ladle a few Tbs. of broth into a container with a tight-fitting lid. Add flour, fasten lid, and shake vigorously until well combined.
  • Return to the crock and whisk to combine.
  • Return the shredded meat to the pot until heated through and the gravy is thickened.
