Instant Pot Pork and Gravy

Ingredients

  • lbs. boneless pork chops
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp. thyme optional
  • 2⅓ cups pork or beef broth
  • 1 Tbs. flour

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients except flour in the pressure cooker pot.
  • Set cook time for 15 minutes.
  • Do a quick pressure release.
  • Remove meat and shred.
  • Hit the sauté button.
  • Ladle a few Tbs. of broth into a container with a tight-fitting lid.
  • Add flour, fasten lid, and shake vigorously until well combined.
  • Return to the pot and whisk to combine.
  • Return the shredded meat to the pot until heated through and the gravy is thickened.
  • If frozen, thaw in the fridge overnight. Continue with cooking directions above.
