- 2½ lbs. boneless pork chops
- salt & pepper to taste
- ½ tsp. thyme optional
- 2⅓ cups pork or beef broth
- 1 Tbs. flour
Place all ingredients except flour in the pressure cooker pot.
Set cook time for 15 minutes.
Do a quick pressure release.
Remove meat and shred.
Hit the sauté button.
Ladle a few Tbs. of broth into a container with a tight-fitting lid.
Add flour, fasten lid, and shake vigorously until well combined.
Return to the pot and whisk to combine.
Return the shredded meat to the pot until heated through and the gravy is thickened.
If frozen, thaw in the fridge overnight. Continue with cooking directions above.
