Slow Cooker Pizza Steak over Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb. round steak skirt steak or other cut
  • 3 oz. pepperoni
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 14 oz. can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • ½ tsp. basil
  • 3-4 baked potatoes
  • ½ cup mozzarella shredded for serving

Instructions

  • Place meat in slow cooker.
  • Stir other ingredients together (except cheese and potatoeand pour over the meat.
  • Cook on high for 5-6 hours or low 7-8 hours.
  • Shred meat with a fork. Serve over baked potatoes, topped with cheese.
