Instant Pot Pizza Steak over Baked Potatoes

- ¾ lb. round steak skirt steak or other cut
- 3 oz. pepperoni
- ½ onion chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 14 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tsp. oregano
- ½ tsp. basil
- 3-4 baked potatoes
- ½ cup mozzarella shredded for serving
Place meat in pressure cooker pot.
Stir other ingredients together, except cheese and potatoes, and pour over meat.
Set cook time to 30 minutes.
Do a quick pressure release.
Shred meat with a fork and serve over baked potatoes, topped with cheese.
