Instant Pot Pizza Steak over Baked Potatoes

- 1½ lbs. round steak skirt steak or other cut
- 6 oz. pepperoni
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 6-8 baked potatoes
- 1 cup mozzarella shredded for serving
Place meat in the Instant Pot.
Stir other ingredients together, except cheese and potatoes, and pour over meat.
Set cook time to 30 minutes. Do a quick pressure release.
Shred meat with a fork and serve over baked potatoes, topped with cheese.
