Instant Pot Pizza Steak over Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • lbs. round steak skirt steak or other cut
  • 6 oz. pepperoni
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 6-8 baked potatoes
  • 1 cup mozzarella shredded for serving

Instructions

  • Place meat in the Instant Pot.
  • Stir other ingredients together, except cheese and potatoes, and pour over meat.
  • Set cook time to 30 minutes. Do a quick pressure release.
  • Shred meat with a fork and serve over baked potatoes, topped with cheese.
