Slow Cooker Peach Basil Pork Chops

- ½ tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 small yellow onion finely diced
- 2 cups peaches sliced, fresh or frozen
- 2 Tbs. basil leaves packed fresh, or 1 Tbs. dried basil
- 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic minced
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and place in the slow cooker.
Top with the diced onion, peaches, basil, vinegar, and garlic.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-6 hours.
