Slow Cooker Peach Basil Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1-1½ lbs. pork chops
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 small yellow onion finely diced
  • 2 cups peaches sliced, fresh or frozen
  • 2 Tbs. basil leaves packed fresh, or 1 Tbs. dried basil
  • 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions

  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and place in the slow cooker.
  • Top with the diced onion, peaches, basil, vinegar, and garlic.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-6 hours.
