- 1-1½ lbs. pork chops
- ½ tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 small yellow onion finely diced
- 2 cups peaches sliced, fresh or frozen
- 2 Tbs. basil leaves packed fresh, or 1 Tbs. dried basil
- 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and place in the Instant Pot.
Top with the diced onion, peaches, basil, vinegar, garlic, and chicken broth.
Set manual cook time for 8 minutes on high pressure.
Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
