- 16 oz. jar pasta sauce
- 1 Tbs. Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 lb. Italian sausage links coin sliced
- 1 large eggplant
- ½ cup parmesan cheese for serving
Combine the crushed tomatoes, pasta sauce, Italian seasoning and minced garlic in the pressure cooker.
Stir in the sliced sausage and diced eggplant.
Set cook time for 25 minutes.
Do a quick pressure release.
