- 1 lb. smoked sausage
- 1 lb. mixed dry beans
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 15 oz. diced tomatoes undrained
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- salt to taste
For the Soup:
Drain beans and put them in the pressure cooker pot.
Chop the onion, garlic and sausage and add to the pressure cooker pot along with the other ingredients.
Set the cook time for 10 minutes.
Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then release remaining pressure.
