- ½ lb. bacon
- salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup Maple syrup
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Lay the pork loin in the slow cooker.
Lay the strips of bacon over the pork loin.
Season with salt and pepper.
Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over the pork.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-6 hours.
