Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • Tbs. fresh lemon juice about ½ lemon
  • ¾ Tbs. fresh or ¾ tsp. dried herbs dill, rosemary, basil, tarragon, thyme ...
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions

  • Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Whisk together the oil, lemon juice, dried herbs, and garlic.
  • Pour over the chicken.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hour or low for 6-7.
