Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken breast boneless and skinless
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 Tbs. fresh lemon juice about 1 lemon
  • Tbs. fresh or 1½ tsp. dried herbs dill, rosemary, basil, tarragon, thyme ...
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

  • Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Whisk together the oil, lemon juice, dried herbs, and garlic.
  • Pour over the chicken.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hour or low for 6-7.
