- 3 Tbs. fresh lemon juice about 1 lemon
- 1½ Tbs. fresh or 1½ tsp. dried herbs dill, rosemary, basil, tarragon, thyme ...
- 2 cloves garlic minced
Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Whisk together the oil, lemon juice, dried herbs, and garlic.
Pour over the chicken.
Cook on high for 3-4 hour or low for 6-7.
