Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • Tbs. fresh lemon juice about ½ lemon
  • ¾ Tbs. fresh or ¾ tsp. dried herbs dill, rosemary, basil, tarragon, thyme ...
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • Place the chicken in the bottom of the pressure cooker.
  • Whisk together the oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic, and chicken broth, and pour over the chicken.
  • Set manual cook time to 10 minutes, followed by a quick release.
