Instant Pot Lemon Herb Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken breast boneless and skinless
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 Tbs. fresh lemon juice about 1 lemon
  • Tbs. fresh, or 1½ tsp. dried herbs dill, rosemary, basil, tarragon, thyme ...
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • Place the chicken in the bottom of the pressure cooker.
  • Whisk together the oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic, and chicken broth and pour over the chicken
  • Set manual cook time to 10 minutes, followed by a quick release.
