Slow Cooker Lemon Artichoke Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs. fresh rosemary chopped
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 16 oz. artichoke hearts
  • 1 small lemon thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 3-4 pork chops

Instructions

  • Combine rosemary, salt & pepper in a small bowl.
  • In the slow cooker, stir together the artichokes, lemon slices, garlic and ½ of the rosemary seasoning.
  • Stir in the broth.
  • Rub the remaining rosemary seasoning all over the pork chops.
  • Place the chops on top of the artichoke mixture in the slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 5-6 hours.
