Slow Cooker Lemon Artichoke Pork Chops

- 2 Tbs. fresh rosemary chopped
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 32 oz. artichoke hearts
- 2 small lemons thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1½ cups chicken broth
- 6-8 pork chops
Combine rosemary, salt & pepper in a small bowl.
In the slow cooker, stir together the artichokes, lemon slices, garlic and ½ of the rosemary seasoning.
Stir in the broth.
Rub the remaining rosemary seasoning all over the pork chops.
Place the chops on top of the artichoke mixture in the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 5-6 hours.
