Instant Pot Italian Seasoned Salt Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • ½ Tbs. oregano
  • ½ Tbs. basil
  • ½ Tbs. thyme
  • ½ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • generous grind of black pepper
  • 3-4 cloves garlic crushed
  • ½ Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 -2½ lbs. chicken I used thighs
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  • Stir all the ingredients except the chicken together in a small bowl.
  • Pour over the chicken and use your hands to toss, coating the chicken in seasoning.
  • Put the chicken in the pressure cooker and set the cook time for 18 minutes.
  • Do a quick pressure release.
