- 1 lb. sweet Italian sausage links
- ½ onion sliced
- 1 green pepper sliced
- 15 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 3-4 hoagie rolls toasted
- 3-4 slices
- 3-4 Provolone cheese slices
In a skillet, brown the sausage on all sides.
Place sausage, onion, peppers, tomato sauce and Italian seasoning in slow cooker.
Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 6-7 hours.
Serve sausage and peppers on hoagie rolls, topped with cheese.
