- 2 lbs. sweet Italian sausage links
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 green pepper sliced
- 1 red pepper sliced
- 28 oz. tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 6-8 hoagie rolls toasted
- 6-8 Provolone cheese slices
In a skillet, brown the sausage on all sides.
Place sausage, onion, peppers, tomato sauce and Italian seasoning in slow cooker.
Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 6-7 hours.
Serve sausage and peppers on hoagie rolls, topped with cheese.
