Slow Cooker Italian Beef

Ingredients

  • pound roast
  • Tbs. dry Italian dressing mix the equivalent of ½ packet
  • 2 Tbs. vinegar
  • tsp. sugar
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ package brown gravy mix mixed with 1 cup water
  • ½ green pepper sliced
  • 6 oz. pepperoncini peppers with juice

Instructions

  • Poke the meat with a fork or knife and put it in the crockpot.
  • Mix all the ingredients and pour over the meat.
  • Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.
  • Shred and serve.
