Instant Pot Italian Beef

Ingredients

  • lbs. roast
  • Tbs. dry Italian dressing mix the equivalent of ½ package
  • 2 Tbs. vinegar
  • tsp. sugar
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ package brown gravy mix mixed with 1 cup water
  • ½ green pepper sliced
  • 6 oz. pepperoncini peppers with juice

Instructions

  • Poke the meat with a fork or knife and add to the pressure cooker pot.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and pour over.
  • Set cook time for 40 minutes.
  • Do a quick pressure release.
  • Shred and serve.
