- 3 lbs. roast
- 3 Tbs. dry Italian dressing mix equivalent of 1 packet
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 Tbs. brown gravy mix equivalent of 1 packet, mixed with 1 cup water
- 1 green pepper sliced
- 12 oz. pepperoncini peppers with juice
Poke the meat with a fork or knife and add to the pressure cooker pot.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over.
Set cook time for 40 minutes.
Do a quick pressure release.
Shred and serve.
