Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 Tbs. soy sauce
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  • Place pork chops in the slow cooker.
  • Whisk together remaining ingredients and place over pork.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-6 hours.
