Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. chicken legs
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • oil for frying
  • cup spicy deli mustard
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2" piece of fresh ginger peeled
  • 2 Tbs. hot sauce
  • 2 Tbs. soy sauce
  • ½ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 Tbs. honey

Instructions

  • Add frozen chicken legs to the pressure cooker pot.
  • Pour sauce over chicken legs.
  • Set cook time for 25 minutes.
  • Do a quick pressure release
