- 3 cups potatoes chopped
- 2-3 carrots chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1-2 stalks celery chopped
- 3-4 cups tomato juice
- 1 Tbs. sucanat or sugar
- ¼ cup instant tapioca
- salt and pepper to taste
Set the cook Add all ingredients to the pressure cooker pot, you won’t need to stir during the cooking.
Set for 35 minutes cook time.
