Ingredients

  • lbs. beef roast
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Instructions

  • Place the roast in the pressure cooker.
  • Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over the roast.
  • Set manual cook time to 65 minutes on high pressure, followed by a quick release.
