- ½-1 cups barbecue sauce
- 3-4 hoagie buns
- 3-4 slices pineapple
- 3-4 slices provolone cheese
Put the chicken and BBQ sauce in the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 7-8 hours. Shred meat with a fork.
Toast buns and place meat on them.
Top with pineapple and cheese.
Broil until cheese melts.
