- 1-1¼ lbs. lean ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 small green pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- ½ 15 oz. diced tomatoes
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 10-12 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
- ¼ cup barley
- 3 cups water
Hit the sauté button and brown the ground beef, onion and green pepper together.
Drain and rinse under hot water to remove the grease.
Return the browned ground beef in the pressure cooker pot and add all remaining ingredients.
Set cook time for 30 minutes and do a quick pressure release.
