Instant Pot Hamburger Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 1-1¼ lbs. lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • ½ 15 oz. diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 10-12 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
  • ¼ cup barley
  • 3 cups water

Instructions

  • Hit the sauté button and brown the ground beef, onion and green pepper together.
  • Drain and rinse under hot water to remove the grease.
  • Return the browned ground beef in the pressure cooker pot and add all remaining ingredients.
  • Set cook time for 30 minutes and do a quick pressure release.
