Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs. pork
  • 10 cloves garlic peeled but left whole
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 6-7 medium potatoes chopped
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup white wine

Instructions

  • Toss all the ingredients into the slow cooker.
  • Pour the wine over the top of everything.
  • Cook 5-6 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.
