- 1-1½ lbs. chicken with or without bones
- 5 cloves garlic peeled but left whole
- 1 small onion sliced
- 3-4 medium potatoes chopped
- 1 sprig rosemary
- kosher salt & black pepper
- ¼ cup white wine
Toss all the ingredients into the slow cooker.
Pour the wine over the top of everything.
Cook 5-6 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.
