Ingredients

  • 1-1½ lbs. chicken with or without bones
  • 5 cloves garlic peeled but left whole
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 3-4 medium potatoes chopped
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • kosher salt & black pepper
  • ¼ cup white wine

Instructions

  • Toss all the ingredients into the slow cooker.
  • Pour the wine over the top of everything.
  • Cook 5-6 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.
