- 2-3 lbs. chicken with or without bones
- 10 cloves garlic peeled but left whole
- 1 onion sliced
- 6-7 medium potatoes chopped
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- kosher salt & black pepper
- ½ cup white wine
Toss all the ingredients into the slow cooker.
Pour the wine over the top of everything.
Cook 5-6 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.
