Instant Pot Garlic Rosemary Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs. chicken with or without bones
  • 10 garlic cloves peeled but left whole
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 6-7 medium potatoes chopped
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • kosher & and black pepper
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  • Add 2 cups chicken broth.
  • Toss all ingredients together in the pressure cooker pot.
  • Set cook time for 15 minutes.
  • Do a quick pressure release.
