Ingredients

  • lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 small yellow onion shredded or finely diced
  • 2 Tbs. lime juice about 1 lime
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbs. curry powder
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Place the chicken and onion in the slow cooker.
  • Whisk all other ingredients together.
  • Pour over the chicken and stir to coat.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-7 hours.
