Slow Cooker Curry Yogurt Chicken Thighs

- 2½ lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 yellow onion shredded or finely diced
- ¼ cup lime juice about 2 limes
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbs. curry powder
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Place the chicken and onion in the slow cooker.
Whisk all other ingredients, except yogurt, together.
Pour over the chicken and turn to coat.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-7 hours.
30 minutes before serving, stir in the yogurt.
