Instant Pot Curry Yogurt Chicken Thighs

- 2½ lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 yellow onion shredded or finely diced
- ¼ cup lime juice about 2 limes
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbs. curry powder
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup chicken broth
Place the chicken and onion in the pressure cooker.
Whisk all other ingredients, except yogurt, together.
Pour over the chicken and turn to coat.
Set manual cook time to 10 minutes on high pressure, followed by a quick release.
Stir in yogurt and serve.
