Slow Cooker Corn Chowder

- 2 cups potatoes unpeeled and diced
- 1 small onion diced
- 16 oz. corn frozen
- ½ 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup or use homemade
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup half and half
- salt & pepper to taste
Place all ingredients, except half and half, in the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
Fifteen minutes before serving, add the half and half.
Adjust the seasonings to taste and serve.
