- 2 cups potatoes unpeeled and diced
- 1 small onion diced
- 16 oz. corn frozen
- ½ 10 oz. cream of chicken soup or use homemade
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup half and half
- salt & pepper to taste
Place all ingredients, except half and half, in the pressure cooker.
Set cook time for 20 minutes.
Do a quick pressure release.
Hit simmer button and stir in half and half. Cook until heated through.
Adjust the seasonings to taste and serve.
