Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan Soup

Ingredients

  • ¾-1 lbs. chicken tenders
  • 23 oz. tomato juice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • ½ tsp. basil
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  • slat & pepper to taste
  • 3-4 oz. pasta small shaped

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients except pasta in the slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
  • Remove the chicken and shred.
  • Return the chicken to the slow cooker and stir in pasta.
  • Cook 30 minutes longer.
