- 1 lb. chicken tenders
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 green pepper sliced
- 15 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- ½ (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- ¼ cup red wine optional
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- ½ tsp. oregano
- ½ tsp. basil
- 1 bay leaf
- salt & pepper to taste
- ½ lb. whole-wheat pasta cooked
Place chicken, pepper and onion in the pressure cooker pot.
Combine remaining ingredients, except pasta, and pour over the chicken.
Set cook time for 12 minutes, followed by a quick pressure release.
