Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken tenders
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 green pepper sliced
  • 15 oz. can crushed tomatoes
  • ½ (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • ¼ cup red wine optional
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  • ½ tsp. basil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ lb. whole-wheat pasta cooked

Instructions

  • Place chicken, pepper and onion in the pressure cooker pot.
  • Combine remaining ingredients, except pasta, and pour over the chicken.
  • Set cook time for 12 minutes, followed by a quick pressure release.
