- 2 lbs. chicken tenders
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 green pepper sliced
- 1 red pepper sliced
- 28 oz. crushed tomatoes
- 6 oz. can tomato paste
- ½ cup red wine optional
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tsp. oregano
- ¾ tsp. basil
- 1-2 bay leaves
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 lb. whole-wheat pasta cooked
Place chicken, pepper, and onion in the pressure cooker pot.
Combine remaining ingredients, except pasta, and pour over chicken.
Set cook time for 12 minutes, followed by a quick pressure release.
