Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Loaded Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • lbs. chicken tenders
  • ¾ cup hot sauce
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 6-8 baking potatoes
  • 18 oz. bottle ranch dressing
  • 18 oz. bottle blue cheese dressing
  • ½-1 cup bacon bits

Instructions

  • Place chicken in the slow cooker.
  • Stir hot sauce, ranch dressing mix and garlic together.
  • Pour over chicken. Cook on high 5-6 hours or low 7-8 hours.
  • Meanwhile, clean and bake the potatoes for 1½-2 hours at 350°.
  • Shred chicken.
  • Serve potatoes, topped with chicken, ranch or blue cheese dressing and bacon bits.

Notes

Potatoes can also be cooked on low in the slow cooker the night before and reheated before serving.
