  • 1-2 lbs. fresh brats or Italian sausages
  • 1 can beer or 1½ cups apple juice
  • 1-2 packages brat buns

Instructions

  • Place meat in pressure cooker.
  • Pour beer over sausages.
  • Set cook time for 12 minutes.
  • Do a quick pressure release.
  • Serve in brat buns.
